Help & Documentation
How the platform works, feature guides, and FAQs
How it works
Six steps from cold search to acquisition conversation.
Search the Registry
Use the Intelligence Pipeline to search Companies House by company name, SIC code, location, or director name. You can pull up to 250 companies in one search.
Enrich with Intelligence
Select enrichment modules before searching — director info, registered charges, FCA status, IPO trademarks, Land Registry, and government contracts are all fetched in parallel automatically.
Add to your CRM
Click 'Add to CRM' on any result. The company lands in your Deal Room where you can track deal stage, log notes, and run deeper intelligence checks.
Run Due Diligence
Inside the Deal Room, run the Phoenix Risk score, pull the Deep Director Profile (including their full co-director network), check The Gazette for insolvency notices, and search Employment Tribunal records.
Monitor Liquidations
The Liquidations Scanner pulls live corporate insolvency notices from The Gazette daily. Distressed companies — under administration, winding-up, or CVA — appear here before they're widely known.
Export & Act
Export your entire pipeline as a branded Verafy PDF. Use the contact data (email, phone, website) to reach out directly to owners before the business goes to market.

- Search by Director Name to find all companies a specific person controls
- Enable 'Charges' enrichment to immediately filter out heavily indebted companies
- Set Max Results to 250 for bulk prospecting, 10–20 for deep enrichment runs
